Installation Steps Of Roller Chain in Chain Drive

1. Use a measuring tool to measure the size of the shaft and hole. The shaft and hole are an interference fit. Generally, the shaft is 15-20 wires larger than the hole.
2. The shaft and hole should be polished with sandpaper and there should be no rust. The keyway of the shaft should be facing up and the key should be installed. Apply butter and wait for installation.
3. Use a flame or a special heater to evenly heat the roller chain coupling to 200 degrees (the temperature can be increased appropriately according to the installation situation). After heating, clamp it with a special clamp (be careful of burns) and install it on the shaft. Once in place, use a copper rod or soft pad to tap it into place.
4. A gap of 3-5 mm needs to be left between the motor and fan roller chain couplings, and then the upper and lower, left and right levels and gaps of the two roller chain couplings are corrected.
